The BLWT is a community-led cultural asset map that celebrates Hoover Foster’s multigenerational Black history and culture, asserts resident voice, and documents sites of cultural and historical importance of the Hoover Foster neighborhood. unveil Hoover Foster’s newest community created mural, painted by the amazing artists of the Bay Area Mural Program. 

From 11AM - 4PM the day will be full of family friendly fun featuring:
